At VRX, we're dedicated to giving you great service every time you get a delivery from us. Our delivery service is more than just bringing your stuff – it's about making sure you're happy. We take care of all the details to make sure your experience is smooth.
We aim to send out your order quickly and deliver it on a day that works for you. We'll ship all the items in your order together and let you know when to expect it. When your order gets to the nearest local terminal, the carrier will call you to arrange delivery.
When your order arrives, make sure someone is there to get it within a 4-hour window. If it's sent by UPS or a small carrier, it'll follow the tracking details, so there's no set appointment. Check the packaging when it arrives, and if there are any problems, let us know when you sign for it.
There might be extra charges for adding to your order later, getting delivery in the evening or on weekends, and it might not be available everywhere.
Most orders arrive within the expected time, but shipping can sometimes be delayed. We can't be held responsible for any problems with shipping, and we can't ship to PO boxes.
Here are our shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Your order will be delivered to your door, but it won't be brought inside or assembled. Please note Standard delivery does not include inside delivery, assembly, or removal of debris/ packaging. Visually inspect the packaging and be sure to note any issues along with your signature on the delivery paperwork. You'll need to sign for it, and it usually takes 2-3 weeks in the US and 2-4 weeks in Canada.
White Glove Shipping: This includes a delivery appointment, bringing the order inside up to one flight of stairs, assembly, and taking away the packaging. Please note, this service does not include the installation of wall mounts for products that use French Cleats, nor does it include the installation of light fixtures. It takes about the same time as standard shipping. If you are considering a return please request to keep the original packaging.
